Q: Do you charge extra for the same-day or 4-hour turnaround?
A: No. We don’t charge extra for same-day or 4-hour turnaround. Every plan includes our fastest possible return at no additional cost.

Q: What happens if my laundry weight goes over 20 lbs?
A: We carefully weigh your laundry and if it goes over 20lbs there is a $1.25 per lb charge applied to that order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We take all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is stored securely for hassle-free reorders.

Q: How do I refer friends and earn credits?
A: After placing an order, share your unique referral link with your friends. For every friend you refer who places an order, you get $50 in NoScrubs credit. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer. Your friend gets $50 off their first order when they sign up using your unique referral link. It’s a win-win for both of you!
