1. When Placing Your Order
When scheduling your laundry service, you will have the option to include special instructions. Please provide detailed preferences, such as:
Water temperature (cold, warm, hot)
Drying method (air-dry, tumble dry low, etc.)
Detergent type (hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, etc.)
If you want a specific detergent or other product to be used, you will need to provide the product with your order at time of pickup
Handling of specific fabrics (delicates, wool, etc.)
Hang Dry Items
Please let us know which items need to be hung up
Hangars must be provided with your order

We don't service: rugs, dog beds, or items covered with bodily fluids or excrement.
