When scheduling your laundry service, you will have the option to include special instructions. Please provide detailed preferences, such as:

• Water temperature (cold, warm, hot)

• Drying method (air-dry, tumble dry low, etc.)

• Detergent type (hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, etc.)

  • If you want a specific detergent or other product to be used, you will need to provide the product with your order at time of pickup

• Handling of specific fabrics (delicates, wool, etc.)

• Hang Dry Items

  • Please let us know which items need to be hung up

  • Hangars must be provided with your order

• We don't service: rugs, dog beds, or items covered with bodily fluids or excrement.
